MID SEASON BREAK --- JUNE 20 THROUGH JULY 5. WORKOUTS WILL RESUME ON JULY 6
We have been playing and working out since January and we will now take our annual mid season break.
Things to do during the mid season break:
-Play in RBI games
-Physical therapy and fitness training
-Individual training and private lessons with our college coaches
-Attend workouts at the UYA
We will have a practice and tournament schedule for July and August in the upcoming weeks.
